As the day breaks, Swenja Tanner is here to help you greet it with another new episode of Mindful Movements Yoga. This week, it’s a focus on your legs and feet, and it’s about time to give those overworked limbs a chance to recoup and rejuvenate some…let’s get to it!
We begin this week with some breathing to settle the mind and then stretching legs. Working up and thru the hips and back as well you’ll find your way to a wall or window to get those legs up as well and some blood flowing downward in this weeks session. If you are new to yoga, and the ability Swenja has to move is past your comfort level, that’s ok. It’s important to remember that this is a practice that takes a while to get to different levels of and that pushing yourself too far, too soon, can result in an injury that no one wants. Go at your pace, and your comfort level.
