A very good Saturday morning to you!  Swenja Tanner is here with another edition of Mindful Movements Yoga for you!  It’s a week of mind work and meditation.   Designed to give you a moment of respite to ease the worries and troubles while focusing inward on self care.

 

This is the time to cles your eues and let Swenja narrate your way through the next few minutes.  Working on breathing, thinking and letting go of stress.  How was your week?  How ow are most weeks?  Generally there’s not enough time and now where near enough patience to make it through.  Thhe missing element is the self care we all need and while week to week Swnja moves that body of yours, this week she’s helping to ease the mind.  Kick back, relax and come on along.  We do apologize for the error in the sponsor reel.  It’s short.

Remember, with any physical activity, it’s important to know your limits.  Swenja is a long time practitioner of yoga.  If you are new to the experience, take your time to get into the motions and don’t over do it.  Injuring yourself is the fastest way to ruin an amazing experience that will only enrich your life for years to come.  Keep in mind too as your progression continues, that adding a healthy eating habit will add a lot to you’re program as will upping your physical fitness in other ways.  On the Muskegon Channel, we have a weekly feature called Fit and Healthy With Becky and you’ll find a great new weekly work out there.
